Harvey Norman Scam

Watch out for this scam from Harvey Norman,
I bought a video recorder $262.00 and it broke under warranty so...
Harvey Norman replaced it with another one just the same. Then...
that one broke and they said they would have to send it away because it was still under warranty.
I waited 5 weeks and Harvey Norman said Kodak had finally replaced my broken unit for a new one. Except...
When I looked on the internet Kodak were selling the replacement for $119. Did Harvey Norman refund the difference of $143.00? No. This is stealing.
So...
I took the new replacement back and said I wanted my money back and then I could go to the Kodak on line store and get it cheaper! or just buy something else that was a bit more reliable But...
they said because it was still under warranty they would have to ask Kodak for my refund.
I'm still waiting for a video machine and it is now 6 weeks.
NO WONDER GERRY HARVEY DOESN'T WANT US TO SHOP ON LINE.
