How is it a guy gets whacked with a snow ball and thinks he has been hard done by and goes to the court system for recompence. The Aussie who threw the ball was just larking about. This way of saying it explains everything, but If I said a man was attackedfor no apparent reason by a youth throwing snowballs and the Australian who threw the missile shows scant regard for the other person. It slants one way or the other. Thank goodness the Judge said to the complainant, (in my interpretation ) Get a life! Common Sense prevails.
