It seems there is a wave of indignation from Kurt Fearnley.
The story goes he was offered a wheel chair when he had to get a jet star flight at the airport and refused it. So he had to crawl.
The League sees the indignity of the situation but
if someone is trying to help and you spurn the offer, well the results can only be on your head.
The airline did apologize, but Kurt waited to tell the tale at a gala event.
The league seems to smell some media tart cooking and a bit of milking the situation.
Granted he wanted his own wheel chair and the one on offer was unworkable.
but the way the airline put it he was given assistance and refused.
Life isn't fair Kurt. Get on with it and get over it.
