Near where I live there is a pipe underground that continually fractures and the result is water, clear drinking water pours out of the hole and down the drain straight into the sea.
The car park is owned by a company who don't care too much about the state of the pipe or anything else.
so do they fix it?
No.
they have turned the water down so it runs without making a noise but it still runs and has done for days and days.
I thought water was a precious commodity?
