but why?

I have a cleaning agent. It advertises it is bio degradabe, non toxic, natural, super efficient, safe, and water miscible. So why do they put a poison warning on the label and say if swallowed contact the poison line immediately and do not induce vomiting. How safe is non toxic? I am confused. How about you
