It has just occured to me that as we are constantly told to
Slip slap slop an Australian euphemism for slipping on a ...shirt slapping ona hat and
slop on sunscreen, that where ever we go we have no where to hang our hat.
So by all mean wear the hat, but when you go indoors what are we supposed to do.
Where have all the hat stands gone?
I guess that if we did leave our hat at the door in this day and age it wouldn't be there when we went to leave.
