Going Bananas

this was reported in the column Strewth in the Australian Newspaper, written by a very clever James Jeffrey.

It seems a man went to buy bananas at $3.99. He picked his few bananas and then on the way to the checkout he met a friend and had a chat. By the time he reached the checkout his bananas were $6.99. You have to be quick these days. that is about as fast as the inflation rate in Zimbabwe.
