Telstra fesses up

This is a red letter day.I had a problem with my bill and went to the telstra shop to get it sorted.
They
admitted they were wrong.
gave me $4.oo more than I was due in a credit
fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes
and talked to me in a language I could understand.

I'm in shock.
It's nice to get that warm fuzzy feeling that everything is alright with the world.
