I heard of a guy who was bemoaning the fact that he needed to get fit. He was wanting the quick and easy solution. so he went and bought a super dooper exercise machine.
all the extras , all the gadgets, bright and shiny and new.
but
he twisted his ankle getting the box out of the car, and can't use it.
somehow I find this funny. how about you?
