James works at Bi-lo in Townsville and just recieved a medal for being the fastest checkout operator. He was proud as punch until
Bi-lo got a complaint from a customer (and remember the customer is always right)
It seems James was too fast.
what to do? commend him for efficiency
Give him a pat on the back for moving the customers thru the checkout at a cracking pace
