Near my home there is a building site. They have big machinery, cranes, trucks etc trundling about all day. and to keep the public safe from all this building activity they have traffic wardens to regulate the slow and stop on the road.
but
the traffic people only work to 3 monday to friday and the site works to 4 and week end.
Are we less likely to have an accident on the un manned days?
It seems to the LCS that if we walk past a crane after 3pm which is shifting bricks or what ever we are still at risk. So...why have the traffics lollypop peole there at all. Cazy business. Or is it that after 3pm common snese takes over and the general public are given credit for standing out of the way of a heavy load. The league can only hope.
I wonder if the lollipops are needed at the school KJ!? Just a stupid thought! Kez
