A government department (secrecy is paramount) has said via email that they should HIDE certain details from their clients so they can't work out the answers for themselves.
Talk about freedom of information and transparency.
Well we (the department) dont want the public to get ideas that they can actually manage their own affairs. By giving them information it just encourages them to think and question.
